If you are looking for a tenant and do not require management from us we can help you find one.
We will advertise your property, arrange & conduct viewings, check references and credit worthiness before drawing up a tenancy agreement, arrange keys and check-in your new tenant.
Management
With our management service, we act as the first point of contact for your tenant(s) to deal with any repair and maintenance issues as well as carrying out routine inspections and arrange annual servicing of the property to meet your legal requirements.
This service can be combined with our let service so we can let and manage your property. We include an inventory of the condition of the property before tenant commences, key holder service and transfer utilities and council tax.
Management with Rent Guarantee
This is our most complete service with added piece of mind of guaranteed rental income for the duration of the tenancy agreement.
This service is a combination of both the previous services allowing you to sit back and relax whilst we take care of all the details.
We are also offering a Gas Safe (CP-12) gas safety certificate and an EPC energy certificate absolutely free for landlords using this service on a minimum 12 month term.
